About The Position

The Installer assists with safe and effective bathroom installations by following Company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Buffalo, New York, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. The approximate pay range is $20–$22 per hour; final compensation may vary based on factors including background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access Company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment screening process, including a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing if needed.
• Thoroughly clean the work area and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow Company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
