Bathroom Installer - $1000 SIGNING BONUS
About The Position
The Installer performs safe and effective bathroom installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 6:30 AM start time. Installers report to the warehouse to load materials and trucks, travel to customers’ homes, remove and replace bath or shower fixtures, clean up, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodels. Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
- Demonstrate the existing bath or shower and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
- Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while carrying out installations.
