Window Installer - $1000 SIGNING BONUS
About The Position
West Shore Home is hiring a Window Installer to assist with safe, effective window and exterior door installations in customers’ homes. The installer follows company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The workday begins at the warehouse, where installers load materials and trucks, then travel to customer homes to complete installations and related work. Afterward, they clean the work area, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. The approximate pay is $21–$24 per hour. The position offers a $1,000 signing bonus, paid in two installments of $500 after 30 and 90 days of continuous employment, subject to eligibility requirements and additional terms. West Shore Home operates in more than 40 locations and has over 3,000 employees.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
- Remove existing window or door structures and install replacement windows and exterior doors.
- Replace trim as needed.
- Clean the work area thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
