Lead Bathroom Installer - Up to $4000 SIGNING BONUS
About The Position
West Shore Home is hiring an experienced Lead Bathroom Installer to lead residential bathroom remodeling projects in the Boston, Massachusetts area. The role involves taking projects from start to finish, including removing existing tubs and showers, making necessary plumbing updates, and installing new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and accessories. The installer travels from the warehouse to customers’ homes, represents the company professionally, communicates with homeowners, maintains a clean and safe jobsite, completes paperwork and project closeout, and returns to the warehouse at the end of the day. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start, year-round consistent work, and hourly pay of $30–$40 based on experience and skill level. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate, and Saturdays are paid at double time. A signing bonus of up to $4,000 is paid in two installments: $2,000 after 30 days and $2,000 after 90 days. Requirements
- Previous hands-on experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction, or installation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Valid smartphone or smart device for required company systems and two-factor authentication.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
- Ability to read and follow measurements and installation specifications.
- Ability to work with hand and power tools.
- Experience with demolition and residential remodeling.
- Ability to make plumbing adjustments as needed.
- Problem-solving ability when plans or conditions change.
- Professional communication with homeowners.
- Pride in the quality of finished work.
Responsibilities
- Lead bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
- Load the truck and materials at the warehouse before traveling to the job.
- Arrive at customers’ homes on time and represent West Shore Home professionally.
- Safely demolish existing tubs and showers while protecting the customer’s home.
- Install new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and related components.
- Perform plumbing updates and modifications when needed.
- Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards.
- Keep the jobsite clean and treat the customer’s home with respect.
- Communicate with customers throughout the installation.
- Complete required paperwork and project closeout.
- Return to the warehouse at the end of the day.
