About The Position

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience running and setting up VTL machines.
- Strong knowledge of G-code and CNC programming, including GibbsCAM.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex machining challenges.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with live tooling or multi-axis machines.
- Experience with large-diameter or heavy-part machining.
- Comfort mentoring junior machinists.
