About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring an experienced Lead Shower & Bath Installer in Baltimore, Maryland. The installer leads professional bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish, including demolition of existing tubs and showers, necessary plumbing updates, and installation of tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and accessories. The role involves preparing materials at the warehouse, traveling to customers’ homes, maintaining a clean and safe jobsite, communicating professionally with homeowners, and completing project paperwork and closeout. The position offers year-round work, equipment, training, benefits, and opportunities to advance. The schedule is Monday through Friday with a 6:30 AM start; Saturdays are paid at double time, and overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate. Compensation is $23–$28 per hour based on experience and skill level, with a $2,000 signing bonus paid in two installments: $1,000 after 30 days and $1,000 after 90 days.

Requirements

Previous hands-on experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction, or installation.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Valid smartphone or smart device for company systems and two-factor authentication.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
Ability to read and follow measurements and installation specifications.
Comfort working with hand and power tools.
Ability to perform demolition and residential remodeling.
Ability to make plumbing adjustments as needed.
Problem-solving ability when work does not go according to plan.
Professional communication with homeowners.
Pride in the quality of finished work.

Responsibilities

Lead bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
Load the truck and materials at the warehouse before traveling to the job.
Arrive at customers’ homes on time and represent West Shore Home professionally.
Safely demolish existing tubs and showers while protecting the customer’s home.
Install new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and related components.
Perform plumbing updates and modifications when needed.
Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards.
Keep the jobsite clean and treat the customer’s home with respect.
Communicate with customers throughout the installation.
Complete required paperwork and project closeout.
Return to the warehouse at the end of the day.
