About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Shower and Bath Installer in Kansas City, Missouri. The Installer helps complete safe, effective bathroom installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role involves reporting to the warehouse at 6:30 AM, loading materials and trucks, traveling to customers’ homes, removing existing bath or shower fixtures, installing new tubs or shower pans and wall surrounds, and updating plumbing when needed. Installers clean the work area, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. The approximate pay range is $17–$20 per hour; final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or shower pan and wall surround.
• Update plumbing when needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience.
