About The Position

The Installer assists with safe and effective bathroom installations by following Company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role begins at the warehouse, where the installer loads materials and trucks before traveling to customers’ homes to remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install replacements. The installer completes cleanup, handles paperwork and payment, and returns to the warehouse.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to log into Company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demolish existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow Company standard operating procedures and PPE protocol.
