About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Window and Door Installer in Boston, Massachusetts. The Installer assists with safe, effective installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a five-star experience. The position follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule with a 6:30 a.m. start. Installers arrive at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, travel to customers’ homes, remove existing windows or doors, install replacements and trim, clean up, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. Approximate compensation is $21–$25 per hour. A $1,000 signing bonus is paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of continuous employment, subject to eligibility requirements and other terms.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 a.m. to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window or door spaces and install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while performing installations safely and effectively.
