Bathroom Installer - W2, $1000 SIGNING BONUS
About The Position
West Shore Home is hiring an Installer to perform safe and effective bathroom installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Baltimore, Maryland, and involves traveling to customers’ homes to remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install new tubs or pans, wall surrounds, and plumbing updates when needed. Installers arrive at the warehouse at 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, then travel to customer homes to complete installations. They clean the work area thoroughly, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. The position pays approximately $21–$24 per hour. A $1,000 signing bonus is paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of continuous employment, subject to eligibility requirements and additional terms. West Shore Home operates in more than 40 locations and has over 3,000 employees.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
- Remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or pan and wall surround.
- Update plumbing when needed.
- Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
