About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring an experienced Lead Bathroom Installer to lead residential bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish in the Boston, Massachusetts area. The role involves demolishing existing tubs and showers, making plumbing updates when needed, and installing new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and accessories. Installers represent the company professionally, communicate with homeowners, protect and respect customers’ homes, and ensure each project meets quality and safety standards. The position includes loading materials at the warehouse before traveling to customer homes and returning to the warehouse at the end of the workday. West Shore Home provides year-round work, equipment, paid training, benefits, and opportunities to advance. The schedule is Monday through Friday with a 6:30 AM start, and overtime is available at 1.5 times the regular rate; Saturdays are paid at double time. Compensation is $27–$33 per hour based on experience and skill level, with a $2,000 signing bonus paid in two installments.

Requirements

Previous experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction, or installation.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Valid smartphone or smart device for required company systems and two-factor authentication.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
Ability to read and follow measurements and installation specifications.
Experience working with hand and power tools.
Ability to perform demolition and residential remodeling.
Ability to make plumbing adjustments as needed.
Problem-solving ability when unexpected issues arise.
Professional communication with homeowners.
Pride in the quality of finished work.

Responsibilities

Lead bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
Load the truck and materials at the warehouse before traveling to the job.
Arrive at customers’ homes on time and represent West Shore Home professionally.
Safely demolish existing tubs and showers while protecting the customer’s home.
Install new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and related components.
Perform plumbing updates and modifications when needed.
Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards.
Keep the jobsite clean and treat the customer’s home with respect.
Communicate with customers throughout the installation.
Complete required paperwork and project closeout.
Return to the warehouse at the end of the day.
