About The Position

The Window Installer assists with safe and effective window and door installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 a.m. start. Installers arrive at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, travel to customers’ homes, complete replacement window and exterior door installations, clean up, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. Compensation is approximately $22–$27 per hour. The position offers a signing bonus of up to $2,000, paid in two installments: $1,000 after 30 days and $1,000 after 90 days of continuous employment, subject to eligibility requirements and other terms.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 a.m. to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window or door structures and install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while performing installations safely and effectively.
• Provide customers with a five-star experience.
