About The Position

The CNC Programmer programs CNC vertical milling centers for high-speed milling operations using Mastercam, and performs high-precision machining of molds and fixtures. The role includes revising existing tools as determined by Engineering and working as part of a team in a new, well-equipped, fast-paced tool room. The programmer is expected to follow established procedures, communicate effectively, manage time, meet productivity expectations and deadlines, prioritize programming according to scheduling needs, complete programming checklists, and maintain regular and consistent attendance. Additional duties include keeping the work area clean and orderly and performing other jobs requested by supervision. A $2,000 signing bonus is offered. Visa and sponsorship candidates are not being considered.

Requirements

• Two years of programming experience or equivalent.
• 2D and 3D programming experience.
• Mastercam experience.
• Ability to work with very tight tolerances.
• Mold-building knowledge or experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Highly motivated team player.
