About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Bathroom Installer to perform bath and shower installations in customers’ homes. The Installer follows company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols to complete safe, effective work and provide customers with a five-star experience. The role is based in Baltimore, Maryland, with a Monday–Friday schedule beginning at 6:30 AM. The day starts at the warehouse loading materials and trucks, followed by travel to customer homes for installation work and a return to the warehouse after completing paperwork and collecting payment. The position pays approximately $21–$24 per hour and includes a $1,000 signing bonus, paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of continuous employment, subject to eligibility requirements and additional terms.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Demonstrate existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and PPE protocol while performing installations safely and effectively.
• Provide customers with a five-star experience.
