Bathroom Installer - W2, $1000 SIGNING BONUS
About The Position
West Shore Home is hiring a Shower and Bath Installer in Boston, Massachusetts. The Installer performs safe and effective bathroom installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a five-star experience. The workday begins at the warehouse at 6:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, where installers load materials and trucks before traveling to customers’ homes. Installers remove existing bath or shower fixtures, install new tubs or shower pans and wall surrounds, update plumbing when needed, clean the work area, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. The position offers an approximate hourly pay range of $21–$27 and a $1,000 signing bonus, paid in two installments of $500 after 30 and 90 days of continuous employment, subject to eligibility requirements and other terms. Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or willingness and eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
- Subject to pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 a.m. to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
- Demonstrate existing bath or shower installations and install a new tub or shower pan and wall surround.
- Update plumbing when needed.
- Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
- Provide customers with a five-star experience.
