About The Position
The Installer assists with safe and effective window and door installations, following Company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, and follows a Monday-Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. Installers arrive at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, travel to customer homes to complete replacement installations, and return to the warehouse after collecting paperwork and payment. The approximate pay rate is $20-$22 per hour. A signing bonus of up to $1,000 is paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of continuous employment, subject to eligibility requirements and additional terms. Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access Company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
- Remove existing window and door spaces, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
- Thoroughly clean up and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow Company standard operating procedures and PPE protocol while performing installations safely and effectively.
- Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
