Remodeling Carpenter - Full-Time, W2, Paid Training!
About The Position
West Shore Home is hiring a residential remodeler to assist with safe and effective installations, following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. The installer loads materials and trucks at the warehouse, travels to customers’ homes, removes existing bath or shower fixtures, and installs new tubs or pans and wall surrounds. Plumbing may also be updated if needed. The installer cleans the work area, collects paperwork and payment, and returns to the warehouse. The approximate pay is $17–$20 per hour; final compensation may vary based on factors including background, skills, abilities, and location.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
- Demolish existing bath or shower fixtures.
- Install a new tub or pan and wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
- Thoroughly clean up and show care for the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
