About The Position
The Residential Remodeler assists with safe and effective residential installations by following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role involves loading materials and trucks at the warehouse, traveling to customer homes, removing existing window and door installations, installing replacement windows and exterior doors, replacing trim, cleaning the work area, collecting paperwork and payment, and returning to the warehouse. The position offers paid training and professional growth potential.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
- Completion of the company’s pre-employment screening process, including a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
- Remove existing window and door installations; install replacement windows and exterior doors; and replace trim.
- Thoroughly clean up and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while carrying out installations.
