About The Position

The Residential Remodeler assists with safe, effective residential bathroom installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols. The role includes working at customers’ homes and providing a high-quality customer experience. The workday begins at the warehouse at 6:30 AM, where the installer loads materials and trucks, then travels to customer locations. The position is based in Louisville, Kentucky, with a Monday-Friday schedule. The approximate pay range is $17-$20 per hour. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demonstrate existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care to protect the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
