About The Position

As a Service Technician on West Shore Home’s Minneapolis team, you will perform customer service work on windows and doors safely and effectively. You will report directly to the Installation Manager and work closely with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals. The role involves meeting customers, reviewing the service area and progress with them, and ensuring the customer’s location is left clean and safe. The position is based in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule beginning at 6:30 a.m.

Requirements

• Exceptionally strong attention to detail.
• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Pride in your work and an unwavering commitment to customers.
• Valid driver’s license.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers and take a visual tour of the service area.
• Keep customers apprised of service progress.
• Perform service on customers’ windows and doors safely and effectively.
• Review service completion with the customer and secure required signatures.
• Leave the customer’s location clean and safe.
