About The Position

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on construction or remodeling experience.
Strong framing and rough carpentry skills.
A few essential tools and willingness to expand the toolkit over time.
Eagerness to learn and grow; training is offered to the right person.
Physical ability to lift, pull, and push 100 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a 50-state background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Plumbing experience is highly preferred; some training is offered.

Responsibilities

Assist with residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and general home renovations.
Learn and help with tub and shower installations and bath accessories.
Participate in demolition and repair tasks involving tile, drywall, framing, plumbing, and related work.
Deliver excellent customer experiences and represent the Remodel Works brand professionally.
Collaborate with experienced remodelers and develop skills on the job.
