About The Position

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler to assist with safe, effective home installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols. The role focuses on bathroom remodeling and providing customers with a five-star experience. Work begins at the warehouse at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, and involves loading materials, traveling to customer homes, completing installations, and returning to the warehouse. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Valid smartphone or smart device for logging into required company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care to protect the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
