About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Residential Remodeler to assist with safe and effective home remodeling installations, following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role focuses on bathroom remodeling, including removing existing baths or showers and installing new tubs or pans and wall surrounds, with plumbing updates as needed. The position is based in Louisville, Kentucky, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
• Must complete the company’s pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and PPE protocols during installations.
