About The Position

The Residential Remodeler assists with safe and effective installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role involves loading materials and trucks at the warehouse, traveling to customers’ homes, removing and replacing windows and exterior doors, replacing trim, cleaning the work area, collecting paperwork and payment, and returning to the warehouse. The position is full-time, W2, with paid training.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window and door space and install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and show care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
