About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Window Installer to help perform safe and effective installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. Installers arrive at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, travel to customer homes, install replacement windows and exterior doors, replace trim, clean up, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window or door structures and install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
