About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Window Installer to assist with safe and effective installations in accordance with Company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and begins each workday at the warehouse at 6:30 AM. Installers load materials and trucks, travel to customers’ homes, remove existing windows or doors, install replacement windows and exterior doors, replace trim, clean the work area, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse.

The approximate pay range is $17–$20 per hour. Paid training is provided, with professional growth potential. Employees are subject to pre-employment background checks and drug screening. Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Valid smartphone or smart device to access Company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window or door spaces, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and show care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow Company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while performing installations safely and effectively.
• Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
