About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Window Installation Trainee to assist with residential window and exterior door installations. The Installer follows company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols, works safely and effectively, and provides customers with a high-quality experience. The role is based in Cleveland, Ohio, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device for logging into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window or door components and install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Replace trim.
• Thoroughly clean up while taking care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and PPE protocols during installations.
