About The Position

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler to assist with safe, effective residential bathroom installations while following company standard operating procedures and PPE protocols and providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role involves loading materials and trucks at the warehouse, traveling to customers’ homes, removing existing bath or shower fixtures, installing new tubs or pans and wall surrounds, and updating plumbing when needed. The installer cleans the work area thoroughly, collects paperwork and payment, and returns to the warehouse. The position offers paid training.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or pan and wall surround.
• Update plumbing when needed.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and PPE protocol.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
