About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Shower and Bath Installer in Rochester, NY. The Installer helps perform safe and effective installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols, while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role includes loading materials and trucks at the warehouse, traveling to customers’ homes, removing existing baths or showers, installing new tubs or pans and wall surrounds, and updating plumbing when needed. Installers clean the work area, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:30 AM start time. The approximate pay is $20–$22 per hour. Paid training is provided, along with potential for professional growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care in customers’ homes.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and PPE protocol while performing installations safely and effectively.
• Provide customers with a five-star experience.
