About The Position

West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodels. The Remodeling Carpenter assists with safe and effective residential installations, follows company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, and provides customers with a five-star experience. The role is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and works Monday through Friday, starting at 6:30 a.m. Employees arrive at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, then travel to customers’ homes to complete remodeling work.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 a.m. to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demolish existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds.
• Update plumbing when needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
