Residential Remodeling - Full Time, W2, Paid Training
About The Position
West Shore Home is hiring a Shower and Bath Installer to assist with safe, effective residential bathroom installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols. The role includes providing customers with a five-star experience throughout the installation process. The installer reports to the warehouse by 6:30 AM, loads materials and trucks, travels to customers’ homes, and completes bath or shower remodel work. This may include removing the existing bath or shower, installing a new tub or shower pan and wall surround, and updating plumbing when needed. The installer cleans the work area, collects paperwork and payment, and returns to the warehouse. The position is full-time W-2 employment with paid training. The approximate pay range is $18–$20 per hour; final compensation may vary based on factors such as background, skills, abilities, and location. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:30 AM start time. The position is based in Cleveland, Ohio.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device for logging into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
- Remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or shower pan and wall surround.
- Update plumbing when needed.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols to complete installations safely and effectively.
- Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Provide customers with a five-star experience.
