About The Position

The Residential Remodeler assists with safe and effective residential remodeling installations while following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols. The role includes traveling to customers’ homes and providing a high-quality customer experience. Trainees receive paid training and have the opportunity for professional growth.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean the work area thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
