Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) to provide high-end service for Singapore Airlines.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international hub.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your relocation to Greece.
• Flexibility to work in a rotating shift environment common in the global aviation sector.

• Previous experience in the aviation or premium customer service industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support to passengers, embodying the premium service standards of Singapore Airlines.
• Assist travelers with flight bookings, modifications, and complex itinerary management.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries related to aviation policies, loyalty programs, and travel regulations.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and empathetic communication in Italian.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless ground-to-air passenger experience.
• Manage travel documentation and information accuracy to ensure compliance with global aviation safety and security standards.
• Contribute to the success of one of the top Italian-speaking jobs in the region by consistently meeting performance quality indicators.
