About The Position

Requirements

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience successfully managing Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central) and other e-commerce platforms.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Exceptional data analysis skills with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and experience with AMVisor or Profitero programs.
• A track record of leading projects with minimal supervision and experience mentoring direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision and business plan for Kärcher's presence on Amazon and other key marketplaces.
• Establish and deliver ambitious sales goals, utilizing data-driven strategies to increase Month-over-Month revenue.
• Partner with content teams to implement SEO-optimized product descriptions and leverage keyword research to maximize organic search rankings.
• Oversee departmental budgets and monitor ROAS as the primary metric for marketing efficiency and profitable growth.
• Maintain healthy account status by tracking inventory, reviews, and compliance while executing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies.
