About The Position

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Good interpersonal/communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Critical thinking skills necessary to gather and interpret routine data
• Recognize and respond to changing staffing conditions
• General knowledge of administrative office practices
• Great organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize assignments and work independently
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
• Ability to demonstrate maturity at all times and promote good relations with internal and external clients

Nice To Haves

• Previous staffing experience is preferred
• Graduate from an accredited college or university with an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Supervisory experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Review department staffing records
• Communicate with the Program Director and her designees to discuss staffing variances
• Make staffing recommendations
• Maintain records and logs of agency and nursing personnel
• Identify and recommend solutions to staffing problems
• Prepare reports
• Organize schedules
