Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience and complete assignments that help leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person, ensuring customers are handled appropriately.
• Ensure technicians' daily available time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
