About The Position

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and be able to work independently.
• Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations.
• Be able to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
• Be able to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work four weekdays and one weekend day.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Complete daily store visits according to DSD Merchandising Excellence practices, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers and store managers.
• Order product using an iPad to maintain in-stock conditions on shelves and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
• Move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock store shelves while following safety practices.
