About The Position

The Technical Writer - End User Documentation develops and manages product training and knowledge content for a complex clinical trial technology platform. The role requires understanding how platform functionality fits into end-user workflows and the broader content ecosystem. The writer works closely with product owners, Customer Engagement, and technical team members to ensure training and knowledge materials are accurate, well-structured, and developed to a high standard. The role creates and maintains knowledge base articles, job aids, user guides, training resources, presentations, manuals, curriculum materials, and competency assessments. These training assets are delivered as completed materials; the role does not deliver live instructor-led training. The position does not interact directly with external customers. Over time, the writer may grow into e-learning development, video tutorials, and other learning formats. The role is described as remote.
