Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working on camera.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Able to pass required background checks.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Michigan gaming license; assistance with the process is provided.
• Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of a shift, depending on game assignment.
• Able to work assigned full-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, hospitality, retail, customer service, or performance experience.
• Comfort being oneself on camera.

Responsibilities

• Host live casino games on camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and game show-style games.
• Welcome players, explain game rules, announce winners, and keep games moving.
• Create a fun, upbeat, professional, and entertainment-focused player experience.
• Follow game procedures and studio standards.
• Work assigned full-time shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on the schedule.
• Obtain and maintain the required Michigan gaming license.
