About The Position

At Main Event, Servers serve food and drinks while creating a fun experience for Guests. They provide exceptional, timely service, know the menu well enough to make recommendations, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. Servers welcome and greet Guests, ensure orders are accurate, deliver food and drinks promptly, anticipate Guest needs, process payments, and invite Guests to return. They also follow alcohol laws and policies, maintain a clean and safe service section, and complete side duties.

Requirements

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus but is not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Meet the state-required serving age, which varies by state.
• Alcohol certification, as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.
