About The Position
The Server serves meals to members and guests in a professional and timely manner while following Dining Service Standards. The role includes waiting on tables, supporting other dining staff, completing assigned side work and setup or breakdown duties, and tactfully handling concerns. Servers follow safe food handling and sanitation practices and maintain a positive attitude, professional behavior, and good personal hygiene. Onsite training is available. Compensation is $15.30 to $17.75 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities
- Serve meals professionally and ensure members and guests receive high-quality food in a timely fashion.
- Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
- Perform assigned side work and setup and breakdown duties.
- Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
- Tactfully and professionally handle member and guest concerns.
- Follow all Dining Service Standards of service.
- Maintain a positive attitude, professional behavior, and good personal hygiene.
