About The Position

At Main Event, Servers serve food and drinks and provide fun, exceptional, timely service to Guests. They should know the menu well, make recommendations, and maintain high standards for safety and sanitation. The role includes welcoming Guests, ensuring accurate orders, delivering food and drinks promptly, anticipating Guest needs, creating memorable experiences, following alcohol laws and policies, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and safe section.

Requirements

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus but is not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork skills.
• Meet the state-required serving age, which varies by state.
• Alcohol certification, as required.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.
