About The Position

Evolution is hiring an on-camera host to present live casino games, including Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and game show-style games, from a modern studio in Kentwood/SE Grand Rapids. Hosts welcome online players, explain rules, announce winners, and keep games moving while providing an upbeat, professional, entertainment-focused experience. Restaurant, hospitality, retail, customer service, and performance experience can transfer well to this role; casino experience is not required because paid training is provided. The role offers full-time hours and starts at $17 per hour, including a guaranteed tip floor, with additional uncapped tips. It is a seated role rather than restaurant-floor work, though sitting or standing may depend on the game assignment.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Comfortable working on camera.
Strong communication skills.
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
Able to pass required background checks.
Able to obtain and maintain a Michigan gaming license; the company helps with the process.
Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of a shift, depending on game assignment.
Able to work under professional studio lighting.
