About The Position

Evolution is hiring an on-camera Game Host to present live casino games to online players from its modern studio in Kentwood/SE Grand Rapids, Michigan. Hosts present games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and game show-style games; welcome players, explain rules, announce winners, and keep games moving. The role calls for an upbeat, professional, entertainment-focused approach and strong people skills to create a positive player experience. Restaurant, hospitality, retail, customer service, and performance experience can transfer to this role; casino experience is not required, and paid training is provided. The position offers full-time hours, paid breaks, PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, career growth opportunities, and a modern studio setting. Compensation starts at $17 per hour, including a guaranteed tip floor, with additional uncapped tips. The role is seated or standing depending on game assignment and requires working assigned shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, or overnights.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Comfortable working on camera.
Strong communication skills.
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
Able to pass required background checks.
Able to obtain and maintain a Michigan gaming license; the company helps with the process.
Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of a shift, depending on game assignment.
Able to work assigned full-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule.
