About The Position
Evolution is hiring an On-Camera Game Host to present live casino games from its modern studio in Kentwood/SE Grand Rapids. Hosts present games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and game show-style games for online players. They welcome players, explain rules, announce winners, and keep games moving while delivering an upbeat, professional, entertainment-focused experience. Restaurant, hospitality, retail, customer service, and performance experience can transfer to the role; casino experience is not required because paid training is provided. The position offers full-time hours, paid breaks, PTO, insurance, a 401(k) match, career growth opportunities, and compensation starting at $17 per hour, including a guaranteed tip floor, with additional uncapped tips. It is a seated studio role, though hosts may sit or stand for the duration of a shift depending on game assignment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working on camera.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Able to pass required background checks.
- Able to obtain and maintain a Michigan gaming license; assistance with the process is provided.
- Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of a shift, depending on game assignment.
- Able to work assigned full-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule.
