About The Position

The MClub Server welcomes guests and provides personalized service in the hotel’s MClub lounge. The role helps create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere during evening hours, sets up and maintains food and beverage presentations, and keeps the lounge clean, organized, and stocked. The Server anticipates guest needs, exceeds expectations, verifies lounge access eligibility, and works with other departments to provide a seamless guest experience. The position is with the Boston Marriott Burlington, a full-service hotel.

Requirements
