About The Position

Production Associates assist with manufacturing and production processes, operate machinery, maintain quality standards, and help ensure products are completed safely and efficiently. Positions are available across three shifts, Monday through Friday: first shift, 7:00 a.m.–3:15 p.m., at $17.00 per hour; second shift, 3:00 p.m.–11:15 p.m., at $18.00 per hour, including shift differential; and third shift, 11:00 p.m.–7:15 a.m., at $19.00 per hour, including shift differential. Overtime and part-time positions are available. A weekly attendance bonus is offered.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
