About The Position

iidon Security Associates provide professional security and exceptional customer service at Class A high-rise buildings in the Dallas area. The role helps maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by monitoring and patrolling premises and personnel. Security Associates are expected to uphold the company’s values of trust, honesty, respect, integrity, and commitment, while complying with legal requirements and departmental security procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills in observation, dealing with uncertainty, judgment, objectivity, dependability, emotional control, integrity, safety management, and professionalism.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods, climb multiple stairs, respond promptly to emergencies, and lift heavy objects.

Nice To Haves

Security experience is preferred for some positions but is not required.

Responsibilities

Monitor surveillance equipment and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to secure premises and personnel.
Permit entry and patrol areas such as building lobbies, floors, parking garages, loading docks, and building perimeters.
Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policies and procedures, and restraining trespassers.
Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interview witnesses and obtain signatures.
Monitor and set building and equipment controls.
Comply with legal requirements to maintain the organization’s stability and reputation.
Provide exceptional customer service while providing security.
