Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Great customer service
- A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
- Clear communication skills
- A positive, motivating attitude
- Organization
- Flexibility
- An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility

- Management experience (though not always required, an interest in leadership and supporting others is important)
