About The Position

Requirements

• National certification or license as an Esthetician/Facialist.
• A minimum of 4–5 years of experience as a certified esthetician in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of high-quality spa service experiences and skincare techniques.
• Ability to operate and maintain facial equipment to high standards.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
• Physical stamina to perform treatments while standing or leaning over clients, and ability to lift and carry supplies.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, personalized facial treatments that create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
• Perform additional esthetic services, including hair removal, according to spa standards and guest preferences.
• Advise guests on skincare routines and recommend suitable retail products.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide knowledgeable advice, and ensure satisfaction through attentive service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa areas, including treatment rooms and staff lounges.
• Set up, use, and clean facial equipment, including steamers, high-frequency devices, depilatory heaters, and sterilizers.
• Prepare treatment rooms with necessary supplies and maintain appropriate inventory of products and linens.
• Use the appointment booking system to schedule and manage services.
• Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors to support seamless spa operations.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay current on spa protocols and industry trends.
• Follow safety procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies or safety concerns.
